The process is a bit involved, but not that difficult. Create a folder for the desired CD on your computer, then select a download from above links. A list of files will come up. Right click on each file, one at a time, and choose "Save link as..". Set the destination to save to as the new folder you named, then click "Save". You should only have to set the destination when you save the first file. The rest should go to the folder automatically. You can open the folder when finished, double-click the "Play.bat" file, and the CD program should run. The folder can then be burned to a CD and played from any CD or DVD drive on any computer. The CD is saved on your computer in the folder you downloaded to.
